The recent acquisition of the Onyx film collection has expanded our extensive military and aviation film library.
Amity also acts as the sole commercial agent for The Farnborough Air Sciences Trust (F.A.S.T.) film archive. The F.A.S.T. archive contains hundreds of hours of historic footage from the Royal Aircraft Establishment, which spans several decades chronicling the pioneering work of British scientists and aviators in the research and development of aviation. This rare and remarkable footage was rescued from imminent destruction, and is now available for licensing Selected clips from the archive have already featured in various documentary productions for major broadcasters in the UK and abroad including BBC, Channel 4, ITV, The Discovery Channel, PBS and National Geographic to name a few. Revenue from these clip sales helps support the work of F.A.S.T. in preserving Britains? aviation heritage at Farnborough.
